Parectopa plantaginisella (Chambers, 1872) | unknown | Not stated, "Common". | United States, US | [U.S.A.], Kentucky. |
At first narrow, winding and linear, filled with frass, ending in a large bladder-like mine, the upper and lower cuticles being puffed out (Chambers 1872: 11). The records of Plantago virginica L. (Chambers 1872: 11) and Plantago sp. (Robinson et al. 2002: 342) are erroneous (see Chambers 1877b: 127).
