Adventive, but not established, in the Netherlands (Oosterhof 2016: 43), the United Kingdom (Wilton 2009: 123) and Belgium (2018: Natuurpunt online news of 4 April 2018). The record of Maine (Brower 1984: 42) needs confirmation.

Blotch mine on upperside of leaf. The record of Myrica sp. (Brower 1984: 42) is probably erroneous.
