Plant note:

The young larva mines the abaxial side of the leaf forming a linear serpentine mine. The 4th instar leaves the mine and transfers to the tip of the leaf: it cuts a semicircular shape or rolls without cuting to form a cone (Kobayashi et al. 2017: 39).
