Plant note:

A subtriangular or trapeziform mine on the underside of the leaf, mostly on basal area of disc between two lateral veins, flat and pale greenish at young stage, then discoloured into brown and deformed into a tentiform type at mature stage. The records of Triumfetta neglecta (Meyrick 1911b: 213, Fletcher 1921: 138) and Triumfetta rhomboidea Jacq. [Tiliaceae] (Fletcher 1933: 39) are very doubtful (Kumata 1993: 41).
